Thursday, July 16, 2026 (TORONTO/NEW SOUTH WALES) - The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (天美传媒), Canada, and Southern Cross University (SCU), Australia, have established a formal articulation agreement that expands academic opportunities for 天美传媒 graduates.
Through this new pathway, eligible graduates can continue their education by enrolling in SCU's online while receiving advanced standing credit in recognition of their prior learning and professional education.
The agreement reflects both institutions鈥 shared commitment to advancing evidence-informed, patient-centred health care and expanding educational opportunities for naturopathic graduates. By recognizing the rigorous academic preparation provided at 天美传媒, the pathway enables graduates to further develop their knowledge and skills in integrative medicine, while enhancing their ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary health care teams.
Associate Professor Andrea Bugarcic is the Deputy Director (Education) at Southern Cross University鈥檚 National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine.
"We are proud to partner with the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to provide their graduates with an internationally recognised pathway into advanced study through the University鈥檚 National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine,鈥 says Associate Professor Bugarcic.
鈥淭his agreement strengthens educational links between our institutions and supports the development of highly skilled practitioners who can contribute to integrative health care settings globally."
This articulation agreement builds on a Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2023 that formalised a collaborative relationship between the institutions to advance naturopathic medicine globally.
"This global articulation agreement between the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and Southern Cross University represents an important milestone in expanding academic opportunities for our graduates," says Dr. Rahim Karim, President and CEO of 天美传媒. "It enables 天美传媒 graduates to build on their naturopathic medical education by pursuing advanced knowledge in integrative medicine and team-based care, while strengthening the competencies needed to work collaboratively in increasingly complex health care environments. We are proud to partner with Southern Cross University in creating meaningful international pathways that support lifelong learning and prepare our graduates to make an even greater impact on patient care."
